Valid for redemption at the University of Newcastle (ABN 15 736 576 735) toward courses listed on the website sydney.newcastle.edu.au only, excluding courses bundled as Packaged Courses. Voucher expires 3 years from date of issue. Redemption indicates acceptance of terms. Not redeemable for cash, retrospective reductions to previous payments or payments of outstanding balances on account. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, no refunds or exchanges allowed and voucher may not be used to purchase any other allowances or vouchers. Voucher is compliant with the minimum expiry period and no post-purchase fees requirements defined by amendment to the Fair Trading Act 1987. Data collection and use subject to our Privacy Policy. Risk of loss and title for voucher passes to purchaser on transfer. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from lost or stolen vouchers or use without permission.
