  • Methodology and philosophy of the Chinese Tea Ceremony.
  • Seven necessities of Chinese daily life.
  • Plants and classes of teas: green tea, yellow tea, white tea, oolong tea, black tea, dark tea, Pu’er Tea.
  • Skills for making tea.
  • Function and etiquette of Chinese tea ceremonies.
  • Knowledge and appreciation of tea ware.
  • Sampling of selected tea.
