This coaching course utilises the co-coaching circle combining professional development and action learning to support you in creatively confronting your challenges and developing the next step in your career. The first part of this coaching course will focus on what co-coaching is and how it can be utilised in the workplace. In this coaching course you will engage with other participants in discussing each others issues/projects. You will work on your own project whether it is related to developing the next step in your career, leadership or team relationship issues, conflict management or something similar. The co-coaching circle will afford a safe learning space for you to reflect on difficult challenges and uncover tangible ways to resolve them. Through this you will gain practice as an equal member of the co-coaching circle. You will be coached in advancing your issue/project.

To learn from the knowledge and skills within the co-coaching circle by:

  • Setting and meeting your professional and business goals with support and accountability from the facilitator coach and circle members.
  • Develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
